With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry I have seen it all. I know why people fail during their fitness journey. I understand what makes them give up. And most importantly I know the simple things that need to be implemented and eliminated to actually see results. As much as you might think “I’ve tried everything” you haven’t truly uncovered what actually gets results. THIS WILL WORK FOR YOU. This program goes way deeper than just the workouts and nutrition, thats only the tip of the iceberg.
FROM DAY DAY 1.
As soon as you commit to this program you will notice an increase in energy, a clearer and more focused mindset and clarity around what you should be focusing on.
As far as seeing physical results, depending on your specific goals, you will notice a body fat decrease and a muscle mass increase after just the first week. We won’t be focusing solely on the scale to measure progress. We will measure progress by how you look, feel and perform.
You can workout anywhere and still see results. This is tailored to what you have access to on a daily basis. Have a full gym? - we’ll take advantage of that. Workout at home with no weights? - that will work too. Traveling for work and only have a tiny hotel gym? - yup we’ll get creative with it. On vacation at the beach? - you’ll have workouts to hit there too.
This program is designed to fit into your existing schedule and commitments. 2-3 Days a week of resistance training is all you need to see results. Every other day, if you can commit just 15 minutes to either mobility, cardio, stretching thats all you need. Warning: There will be no “rest days” where you just sit on the couch all day. You have 15 minutes to move your body whether you can admit it or not.
With more than 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and more in my personal fitness journey, teres no situation I haven't seen before. I’ve worked with professional athletes (still do) as well as those who started at a point where walking their dog was a daily challenge. I will figure out what the best course of action is for YOU based on where you are currently at and where you want to get to. I will teach and educate you on your nutrition, workouts and most importantly help you optimize your lifestyle and daily habits so that you can see long term results. You will begin to truly understand your body and be able to achieve complete MIND AND BODY MASTERY.
We will have mandatory calls once a week to really go over and dive deep into things throughout your program, but you will have access to me at all times. I have clients sending me dinner menus for “what's the better option” to facetime me in the gym asking “is my form right here?”. The truth is you can find a workout and meal plan online, but without someone showing you how to actually implement it and adjust it for you, you wont see results. That's what I’m here for.
