My coaching journey started shortly after my college baseball and professional surfing career ended. I always wanted to be the expert in any field and after my athletic career ended, my main goal was to learn and take in as much information as I could within the health and fitness space.
I’ve always focused on building an aesthetic physique while also performing at the highest level in strength, speed, and endurance without sacrificing my quality of life or giving up the things I love.
I now make it my mission to share what I’ve learned after years of trial and error, figuring out what works and what doesn’t with you to give you the answers to your fitness questions, and make your goals a reality.
